In order to reserve your puppy and ensure that it will NOT be sold elsewhere, please fill out the form and e-mail it back to me at chelboucher@aol.com. Along with the form, I also require a $250 non-refundable deposit in order to reserve your puppy. Full Parti puppies require a $500 deposit. This can be paid via Paypal. Once I receive your reservation form, I will e-mail you an invoice for the deposit. No puppy is considered reserved until this process is complete.
